Refund Policy

SATC Co-Location Services, LP will refund 100% of your package purchase price*. We must receive the request for refund within 14 days of purchase. Beyond the initial 14 days from purchase, refunds will only be given on a pro-rated basis (for unused time), in the case of specific problems with our services which we cannot rectify*. We aim to be fair with our customers, and will do whatever necessary to make things right.

We also ask you to provide your reason for requesting this refund, even if you are within the 14-day period. If you would like to take advantage of our 14-day money-back guarantee, we must receive your mail, sent certified within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests sent non-certified or received after the initial 14-day period will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. If you believe you deserve a refund because of problems with our services, you must send a certified letter to the address listed above, explaining exactly what your problems are. If we cannot rectify these problems, we will gladly refund your original purchase price.
